The agreement between you and Amplify when you order a campaign.
Service description
Amplify is an independent marketing service. We promote public content and public accounts to relevant audiences using legitimate targeting and discovery placements.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest, YouTube or Snapchat unless separately authorised in writing.
No guaranteed results
Estimated reach and delivery windows are projections, not promises. We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, likes, comments, shares, views or sales.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you own or are authorised to promote the content you submit, that it is public and lawful, and that it complies with the rules of the platform it will run on.
You must not use Amplify to promote deceptive, illegal, hateful, adult or otherwise prohibited content.
Campaign review and cancellation
We review every order for eligibility and may decline or cancel a campaign that cannot be delivered compliantly. Declined campaigns are refunded in full.
Liability
Our total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for platform actions taken against your account for content or behaviour outside our campaigns.
